2. Updates & Support

Active licenses receive lifetime feature updates, security patches, and bilingual (English/Spanish) email support during business hours.

3. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. License keys are deactivated upon refund.

4. Acceptable Use

Plugins may not be redistributed, sub-licensed, or reverse-engineered. Each license is bound to the customer record on file.

5. Liability

Software is provided 'as is'. Burckel & Delgado LLC's liability is limited to the price paid for the license.
